You are bound to feel a little apprehensive as you prepare to leave your child in nursery for the first time, you are not alone all parents feel the same. So we want you to be completely comfortable with the choice you have made.
We can put your mind at rest through our safe, stimulating and loving environment.
With high standards of care and excellent facilities we can reassure you along the way.
Each child is assigned a Key Person, someone who is responsible for your child’s learning experience, critical one to one moments of care and play and communication with families.
Settling your child into our nursery is important so we offer sessions for you and your child
to get to know staff and to get used to the environment, these sessions are free and help
us to get a clear overview of your child’s needs. The sessions begin a month prior to your child’s start date and are arranged to suit you and your child’s needs.
For children to progress at their own pace, it is important that the care is appropriate to the developmental stage for each child.
Welcome to Gogerddan Childcare, my name is Emma Healy and I am the Managing Director. I started working at Plas Gogerddan Nursery in 1997 and my passion for providing the best care and education has now lead me to fulfill a dream of mine by setting up my own company.
I have two young children, India and Austin who keep me very busy to say the least! Having children of my own has given me the opportunity to look closer at child development, responding to different personalities, how boys and girls learn etc. Being a busy working Mum has given me a deeper understanding of what it is really like for working families.
